Whoops haven't blogged for sooo long, i guess i was just too tired with training and all. so a little update today is christmas i bet you all know that i finally got my creative micro zen its damm cool its like the size of a credit card man. and thats not the best of it tomorrow is my birthday so even more presents. just got eminem's new album its damm cool you have to get it yea thats pretty much what happened in the past 1 1/2 months besides countless torture sessions at training so bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow the grandprix is here. did my 400im on monday it was damm depressing missed getting in for the queensland trip by 0.75 DAMM now i have to go crazy for the 200 fly and try to get in for that......

WUHOO today i did my best peak lactic test set since we started doing them it was a freaking pain in my arms but it was worth it.. tomorrow should be a recovery set,this is why i like p.l.t.s's the morning after them is always easy.yay the weekend is finally here so i can play com at last............
